Bill
WiseChief Executive Officer
Bill Wise has spent over a decade leading and unleashing the potential of revolutionary advertising technologies. He comes to MediaBank from his role as GM, Ad Platforms & Global Exchange at Yahoo, where he oversaw the company’s advertising platforms business including the Right Media Exchange and APT by Yahoo, Yahoo’s intelligent media planning and buying platform. Wise joined Yahoo from his role as President of Right Media, which Yahoo acquired in 2007, bringing Bill on board and integrating Right Media’s Exchange as the solution for Yahoo's entire non-guaranteed, spot market inventory. Before leading Right Media, Wise was CEO of Didit, the largest independent search marketing firm, from 2005 to 2007. Immediately prior to Didit, he served as SVP, Products and strategy at Ask.com; he joined Ask when MaxOnline, of which he was CEO from 2002 - 2004, was acquired by Ask in 2004. Bill served at DoubleClick from 1997 – 2002, first as Director, Financial Planning and Investor Relations and then as VP/GM of DoubleClick Media. Bill lives in Larchmont , New York with his wife Kelli and their children Connor, Kaitlyn and Charlotte.

John
BauschardPresident, marketplaces
As President of MediaBank's Marketplaces division, John oversees both product development and industry adoption of all MediaBank's open media markets—including M|Buy, which employs its cross-channel DSP to connect local media buyers and sellers through targeted inventory; and V|P, an automated market connecting media buyers with media vendors—both products which John has spearheaded since their inception. John joined MediaBank as COO in 2007.

Nick
GalassiPresident, Agency Systems
Nick oversees all engineering and development, infrastructure, product management, and professional services across MediaBank’s Agency Systems division. Nick first joined MediaBank in 2008 as CFO, responsible for all financial management within MediaBank's consolidated operations. Immediately prior to his tenure at MediaBank, Nick was CFO of InnerWorkings, Inc. (NASDAQ:INWK), a leading global provider of managed print and promotional solutions to corporate clients and among the fastest growing companies in the country. He was instrumental to InnerWorkings' successful IPO in 2006. Previously, he was VP of Finance at Wolverine Trading, one of the largest equity and options firms in the US. Nick was also a Finance Director at Halo Industries (NYSE:HMK), and he started his career at Arthur Andersen. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, and is a CPA.

Greg

A 23-year advertising veteran, Greg Koerner is responsible for MediaBank’s sales and marketing efforts. In his role, he and his teams interface with the industry’s top marketers and their advertising agencies to identify the ways that MediaBank’s technologies can help to make them more effective and efficient. Prior to MediaBank, in his tenures at Yahoo! and DoubleClick over a decade and a half, Greg’s teams were responsible for advertising sales to marketers and agencies in the central U.S. Greg is a graduate of John Carroll University and is a guest lecturer at several Chicago area university MBA programs.

Gordon
CohenExecutive Vice President
Technology
Gordon is responsible for engineering and development for MediaBank’s Agency Systems division. He has dedicated over 25 years to developing world class enterprise applications exclusively for the Advertising industry. Gordon was a Vice President and Partner at Datatech Software prior to its acquisition by MediaBank in 2007 and was the Product Manager of the Direct Response and Client Accounting products. He began working at Datatech in 1989 as an applications developer for the Network system. During his tenure he worked extensively in Network, Spot, Print, Digital, Production, Client Accounting, as well as being the chief architect of the Direct Response product. Gordon started his career at CJDS, now Harris Corporation, in 1983, where he quickly became the lead developer for their Production system. Gordon graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Computer Science, and a minor in Mathematics.

Drew
KaneExecutive Vice President
Professional Services
As Executive Vice President of Professional Services, Drew Kane is singly focused on providing a superior level of service to our clients. His team is responsible for project management and implementation, customer support and educational services. Drew’s prior roles as North American Application Director and VP, Business and Information Technology Solutions for MediaCom/GroupM have provided him with extensive media industry experience and a keen understanding of agency needs. He started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and has spent the last 18 years in Information Technology and project management positions that have focused on building and implementing technology and business solutions. Drew graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a B.S. in Economics and minor in English.

Linda
Brzezinski Vice President
of Operations
Linda Brzezinski oversees Human Resource Operations for MediaBank. In addition to extensive experience in HR and Recruitment she brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles focused on Information Technology Operations, Sales & Accounting. This blend of experience gives her unique insight into how people and technology can positively impact every part of the enterprise. Immediately prior to joining MediaBank, Linda was National Director of Resource Management & Operations at SilverTrain, Inc. a full lifecycle Business Intelligence and Data Management consulting firm. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration: Management Information Systems(MIS) with a concentration in Accounting from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA; she also holds a degree in Specialized Business with a major in Business Administration & Management.

Cordie
DePascaleSVP of Product and QA
Cordie turns client and industry ideas into software reality for MediaBank, touching every aspect of the client process from initial implementation through production support. With over fifteen years of media technology development experience, Cordie began his career at J. Walter Thompson where he was a critical member of the development team for the agency's DRTV tracking system.
